Download whatever game you want to or get it from a friend. Getting the game is pretty easy and this should be the least of your cares. The next step involves burning the game onto the disk. The fight between hackers and manufacturers has been existing for a long time. Compared with Xbox 360 and Wii, the notoriously difficult job – PS3 jaibreak has little development since its launched date.
However, everything has been changed recently. PS3 hacking has made a big step forward. Let’s have a short review.
1. Difficult Exploration in the Early Stage
PS3 has been launched in 2006. Many hackers, including Dark Alex who has made a great contribution, have ever tried to hack PS3, but failed at the end.
2. PS Jailbreak Dongle Launched
It can be called the most successful PS3 hacking which only need a USB drive named as PS Jailbreak. Different from previous hacking, which were only to mod PS3 host system and remove the limitation of the third party, PS Jailbreak dongle is based on Sony inner leaked code to bypass its detective system. PS Jailbreak allows gamers to load games directly onto the HDD for backup and Playback. However, the hacking organization makes the PS Jailbreak as a commercial product, which goes against the hackers’ shared spirit.
3. PS Jailbreak Cloned
This product became very hot since launched. Many cloned products were emerging also. The hack organization-PSX-SCENE reminded gamers to be careful with the clone products from China in their official website and announced that only the original PS Jailbreak can get the warranty and technology support.
4. PS Jailbreak Banned by Sony
Sony sued three Australia distributors for selling PS Jailbreak dongle. The hearing was held in Aug 31, and then postponed to Sep 3. Sony finally won the injunction against PS Jailbreak. Later, Sony also sued American sellers of PS Jailbreak. Sony is seeking damages and an injunctive relief, which would block the sale of the devices.
5. PSGroove Open Source Released
At the same time, Mathieulh and his team have successfully cloned the PS Jailbreak code. PSGroove as an open source Jailbreak has been released. And then PSGroove is available to ported and work in mobile devices like PSP or Android Smartphone named as PSFreedom. This free way to hack PS3 without USB becomes popular instantly.
6. PS3 Firmware 3.42 Update
Sony released a PS3 firmware 3.42 to remove the ability of PS Jailbreak in Sep 6. To top it off, it’s a mandatory update. Once gamers access to PSN or log in the Sony account, their PS3 get updated. Therefore, gamers only have two choices: to wait for the PS hacking update or update the firmware.

Better graphics contained by the long run??
1. NO FANBOY CRAP PLEASE!! 2. NO SPAM FOR A FREE XBOX OR PS3!! Okay so who do you think will? I be a sign of if Sony can pack more stuff into a blu-ray disc, it does not mean better graphics. It of late means more level can be on a game. And soon, Microsoft is any going to get blu-ray from Sony, or they are going to net up their own disc contraption. But I think that downloaded games is where on earth everybody is going. And for the graphics now… you own to admit they are rather better on the Xbox 360 than they are on the PS3. I was thinking of varying over to the PS3, but I looked at all of the games and they seem kinda “dark-futuristic-warish games”. So I decided to stick near Xbox with the au fait great graphic games. Bought a “New Factory Sealed” activity from Ebay, have some issues.?
Well, Sunday I ordered a hard to find “New & Factory Sealed” PS2 winter sport from Ebay from a person next to good ratings. I undo the plastic wrap and notice here isn’t that top “seal” that’s usually on most new games that prevents the suitcase from opening, I also notice the top right part of the box have some scratched and slight dents. I thought it was probably slight blight caused via shipping and open the game. The Game book & disk be there and looked fine. I put the activity into my PS2 and it worked, but everything was slightly distorted contained by the game for a bit, after went to how it should look, next went support to distortion, repeat forever. Also when scrolling through menus in the winter sport it would cause a dash of distortion to run accross the screen. After cleaning it the usual jagged distorion go away but the menu distortion and whenever a chat box appears in the lower moved out screen it distorts and looks unusual. What should I do, the game is supposedly “new” and have issues with distortion…

Bricked PSP!!?
i was tryning to catch devhook to work with my psp and in a minute it WILL NOT TURN ON ANYMORE! I dont know what happened!! it wont even turn on next to the ac cord 
well the green bedside light comes on for about 5 or 10 secs after just cuts past its sell-by date my ms’s wont read or anything…… i actually CRIED for in the region of 3 mins over this, I have not have my psp a mothn and have spent COUNTlESS hours customizing it getting everythingto work and in a minute THIS! plzzz someone help me…. if it matter or helps any i be using 3.90m33-3. i was emulate 1.50 (installed with timemachine) and be trying to get devhook to work. the program would run and everything but when i wouldtry to run my involve for speed iso it would freeze right there. i tried it a coupla times to no avail. after i tried to just boot up and the blind was blank but the ms lantern was on flshing swiftly and i did not know what to do so…eventually i took out the ms while it was reading.. but i dont see how this could own bricked my psp!??!?!?

Finally!! Software To Play Backup Ps2/ps3/xbox360 Games Without Modchip!

FINALLY it has happened. After years of waiting around for the ps2 and ps3, there is a software based solution on how to play backup games on the consoles without a modchip or swap magic or cogswap or any of those other annoying methods.
Let me describe to you what the problem with this was and how we came across with the solution.
The problem:
The PS2 , PS3 and XBOX 360 all use laser print disks with their boot sequence hardcoded on the disk surface itself. They are burnt onto the disk so that people cannot just copy them using standard CD/DVD burners. Hence even if you DO copy the disk there is no way of this burnt sequence being copied along with the disk. Therefore your disk wont boot and the console would say “Please insert valid disk” . Annoying to every person who has made a backup copy.
There were a few interim solutions to this. Namely using a trigger disk like swap magic , action replay max or cogswap. These methods involved changing the disk midway and things like that. Second method was to use cogswap. Again this method was pretty annoying as we had to go with a long sequence of nonsense before playing the game. The third most dangerous method was installing a modchip , needless to say that modifying the hardware could destroy you console for good. After years of trying out different strategies we have finally come up with a software solution to burn disks WITH the boot sequence.
The Solution :
The solution to this war part provided by the PS2/PS3 and XBOX360 manufacturers themselves. The modus was downloadeble demo games. These games could be downloaded from their website and burnt onto the disk and played without a hitch. So obviously they contained the boot sequence as a part of the software. Obviously this sequence was embedded deep in the program and heavily encrypted. But after numerous trial and error methods we have managed to ISOLATE the boot sequence and now can burn them onto normal disks.
The software is rather simplistic as we did not feel we needed a complex interface. It works pretty much like a normal CD/DVD burner. You can copy/Burn ISO files onto the disk and it automatically burns the boot up sequence with the game and VOILA! you can now play these backup games on your PS2/PS3/XBOX360 without a problem.
