Of course! All you need to do is get a usb stick, plug it into the side of your PS3, and select the game data from the menu screen, press triangle and choose “Copy.” Then select your usb as your copy destination, unplug your usb, plug it into your friends usb, and then paste the save data from your usb to your friends PS3.

You’re going to have to get Blu-Ray discs, if they even sell them yet. It isn’t illegal to have copies of games, as long as you own an original, but distribution of the copies (selling them) is illegal.
